A passionate professional who will join our European e-Commerce team in the beautiful city of Amsterdam.

You are a key player within the team, as you have direct impact on results - optimizing, adapting and developing the online display of Cartier creations, content and services. You will take ownership of upholding the quality our brand represents in offering consistent, personalized and efficient online experience for our valued clients.


You design and lead an online sales development action plan for Europe, integrating best market practices & local specificities to reach the targeted ROI

You partner with central and internal teams for digital platforms evolutions and set-up of new functionalities. Ensuring the final implementation within a set timeframe and guidelines

You define, optimize and implement the e-Merchandising commercial plan to display the right creation at the right placement (HP, cross-selling, ranking, selections…) and at the right moment following the yearly product launches calendar and sales trends

You review and optimize key site contents (ex: FAQ, emails, descriptions..) and features (Search option, filters, ranking…) to promote high quality service and ensure a smooth client experience

You consolidate, prioritize EU markets feedback, implement and follow-up local adaptations to support local launches, events and specific sales trends

You control and ensure a strong and permanent site stability: executing non-regression tests in case of new projects, identifying and following up on critical issues and their correction, setting-up tools & processes for quality and performance control

You define dedicated KPIs, set-up & share the appropriated dashboard to monitor online performance and ensure the ROI of all your e-Merchandising & on-sites digital actions


  • You have a master’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering or Marketing, Sciences
  • You have relevant experience in e-commerce and/or digital environment
  • You have a passion for e-Commerce and digital and a keen interest in luxury goods and services
  • You are business & result oriented
  • You like to achieve and overcome individual and team objectives
  • You are pro-active and enthusiastic with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
