Europe e - Commerce Operations Coordinator

Based in Amsterdam and as part of EU e-Commerce teams, the role of e-Commerce operations coordinator is an opportunity to contribute and build a new client experience for Cartier in Europe.
Reporting to the Cartier e-Commerce operations manager, you will be responsible for the day-do-day operations and optimization of all e-Commerce & omni-channel operations in Europe.
Your role will be to ensure the best level of service for our clients, coordinate key e-Commerce stakeholders and contribute strongly to the fast development of new sales in Europe.
•Manage day-to-day operations of the EU e-boutiques in 26 countries.
•Ensure continuous operations training within the teams
•Be a key contact (key user) within the Richemont group to test, optimize, document, coordinate and train teams on key operational systems in order to support the e-commerce development within the group and the launch of new major projects for the Maison.
•Identify and organize major operational tools improvements, ensuring the operations speed and efficiency increase.
•Control & follow-up the highest client satisfaction level within the e-Boutiques

- Ideally, you already worked in growing environment with an e-commerce background
- Knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution will be a plus
