JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Provide key support to the E-Commerce team in maintaining our recently launched online flagship store KARL.COM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
•Assist the E-Commerce team in managing all aspects of KARL.COM
•Coordinate editorial product descriptions and localization
•Sample coordination for upcoming product photo shoots
•Weekly market analysis and sales performance reports
•Track and analyze the impact of online sale activations
•Assist with online merchandising
•Customer service support and development
•Responsible for industry benchmarks
•Prepare presentations and summaries
•Administrative support for office related tasks
•E-Commerce teams in Amsterdam and Bologna/Milan
- Fashion, Retail, Business or Hotel related studies
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written (German/French are a plus)
- Familiar with MS Office especially Excel
- Driven and proactive
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Up to date knowledge of the online retail environment
- Flexibility, adaptability and a positive “can-do” attitude are a must
