The Sr Project Coordinator is responsible for effectively managing every step of the creative process from initial briefing through concept, execution, and delivery, ensuring the delivery of content for both online and offline across all channels within the marketing team.

This role works closely with key stakeholders to ensures campaigns are delivered on time and, that relevant QC steps have been taken to ensure content (copy and assets) is delivered to briefs. You are a natural communicator who can identify process improvements and gain buy in from key stakeholders to effect change.

Responsibilities

Objectives of the Role



  • Coordinate larger campaign projects milestone plans, working closely with the Sr Managers and cross functional teams, ensuring that all projects are completed within the agreed timelines and budget, in full respect of Foot Locker internal processes and briefing requirements
  • Ensure all creative and content is created and delivered to 3rd parties in line with the marketing and online roadmaps
  • Support and train channels and vendors using JIRA and creating briefings.
  • Manage the resource planning and allocation of the Creative team to meet the timelines of the roadmap.
  • Communicate relevant project plan, progress, and risks to key stakeholders
  • Identify key cross functional process improvements, work with key stakeholders to implement the changes
  • Identify key issues within day-to-day creative workflows, gain buy in from team and wider stakeholders where necessary to make changes
  • Oversee the wash up process for large projects, gathering feedback on the success of the project against key KPIs, and agree / action key action points for moving forward
Qualifications

Skills and qualifications you bring to the table


  • Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in project management tools (JIRA Kanban) and best practices
  • Worked in an eCommerce, digital marketing, or retail environment
  • Strong communicator and influencer
  • Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize key projects within this fast-paced environment
  • Experience of campaign/ content planning / knowledge of agile workflows a bonus
  • Expressive and creative, which can adapt easily
  • Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines
  • Shows initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written), preferable knowledge of another European language
  • Affinity, enthusiasm, and interest in sports (especially running and fitness) & fashion is a plus
