We are looking for a brand ambassador for our House of Rituals.
The main goal for this position is managing and developing collaborations with partners. In this role you will be responsible for the sales of our products to the premium hospitality, gym and golf market and to promote and sell our House of Rituals as event venue.
The Account Manager Corporate & MICE contributes to the growth of our partnership business. You will represent Rituals Cosmetics and the House of Rituals and you will focus on strategic and creative cooperations to make sure that sales targets are achieved and preferably surpassed. You successfully promote a positive image of the brand and establish the House of Rituals as event venue. To realize this you will be responsible for:
- Acquisition; you will develop new premium partnerships within The Netherlands
- Account management; maintain the relationship with current partners by visiting and surprising them with creative new offers and products
- Represent and sell the House of Rituals Events as event venue and create new innovative concepts to implement in the House of Rituals
- Develop and execute a strategy and sales plan to achieve your targets
- Set up and execute partnership marketing plan for the House of Rituals Events
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of partnerships, and act accordingly
- Liase with the House of Rituals Event Manager and be the contact person for external partners and the House of Rituals Event Manager
- In this role you will report to the senior marketing partnership managerYOUR INGREDIENTS
- 5-7 years experience in a relevant marketing/sales position
- At least a bachelor's degree in an appropriate subject
- Commercial driven
- Positive mind-set and handson
- Persuasive, results-oriented, energetic and structured self-starter
- Great team player, connector, people person and able to translate the customer needs into commercial and creative concepts
- Strong affinity and knowledge of the cosmetic industry and keen eye on trends and you can empathize well with our customers
