The Business (Reporting) Analyst FP&A (BA) is a key member of the Finance team, providing key business insight to internal costumers. As a Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for the maintaining and developing analytical models/reports based on the needs of a fast-growing international organization. You are motivated to bring solutions to the business and make continuous improvements. Key to success in this role is the ability to communicate and influence across teams, an interest in collaboration, a motivation to discover trends in complex data sets, and a drive to improve the collective status quo. - Management reporting and analysis
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly management reporting as well as statistical reporting requests from external parties. Perform data collection and ad-hoc analysis for various departments of the organization.
- Financial planning & forecasting
Support the annual budget process and weekly forecasting process. Ensure accurate and consistent data in different reports and forms. Support the implementation of the new financial planning tool Vena.
- Innovation and support
Create, improve, and automate reporting methods. Help to improve business processes.

Profiel

- Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 2 - 5 years relevant working experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel required.
- Experience Power BI and SQL is a plus.
- Experience with Vena or equivalent financial planning tool.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and communication skills.
- Able to quickly understand and improve complex data, reports and processes.
- Strong level of autonomy and self-accountability.
- Team-player, coordinate activities with other departments in an engaging way.
- Able to work under time/results pressure, tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Excellent execution skills with hands-on attitude and high attention to detail.
