The Business (Reporting) Analyst FP&A (BA) is a key member of the Finance team, providing key business insight to internal costumers. As a Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for the maintaining and developing analytical models/reports based on the needs of a fast-growing international organization. - Management reporting and analysis
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly management reporting as well as statistical reporting requests from external parties. Perform data collection and ad-hoc analysis for various departments of the organization.
- Financial planning & forecasting
Support the annual budget process and weekly forecasting process. Ensure accurate and consistent data in different reports and forms. Support the implementation of the new financial planning tool Vena.
- Innovation and support
Create, improve, and automate reporting methods. Help to improve business processes.

- Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 2 - 5 years relevant working experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel required.
- Experience Power BI and SQL is a plus.
- Experience with Vena or equivalent financial planning tool.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and communication skills.
- Able to quickly understand and improve complex data, reports and processes.
- Strong level of autonomy and self-accountability.
- Team-player, coordinate activities with other departments in an engaging way.
- Able to work under time/results pressure, tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Excellent execution skills with hands-on attitude and high attention to detail.
