The Business Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day cash-to-bank activities, providing support to stores on matters related to all retail payment methods, including Gift Cards.

The Business Analyst, Banking OPS and Gift Cards will also support the business in managing expenses and bad debt reporting as well as providing excellent support to stores and supporting in business improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations related to cash-to-bank activities, payment methods and bad debt for assigned regions.
  • Support stores in Retail Payments and Gift Card related matters
  • Manage Payment Claim and Refunds through the Payments Portal
  • Manage escalations of Banking and Gift Card related issues for assigned regions
  • Manage manual B2B and D2C Gift Cards and internal orders and activations
  • Maintain relations and contracts with internal and external customers and partners and day-to-day operational communications
  • Manage and develop the of 3rd party vouchers Business for the designated areas
  • Identify new initiatives and opportunities to support growth of business area
  • Support department's reporting, accounting, Balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting activities related Banking and/or Gift Cards
  • Support the Banking Accounting team for a timely and accurate reconciliation. Support Field Teams with payment related investigations
  • Coordinate invoicing and credit control, monitor activities in cooperation with AR Department
  • Manage the inventory of Gift Cards with internal and external partners
  • Other Banking/Retail Payments/Gift Cards related tasks

Profiel

Qualifications
  • Background/Experience in Finance and Customer Service, at least 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in a multi-national Company

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suit

  • Fluent written and verbal English. Another European language would be a plus.

  • Team player with service-oriented attitude

  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieve targeted objectives

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines
