Our client is a supplier of creative retail supplies. Their design team designs POS materials, clothes hangers and complete shop fittings for key players in the fashion industry worldwide.

Are you the sales-business development manager who wants to participate in a fast growing scale-up and at the same time develop further as a sales-business development and partnership professional, then we have the following to offer:
As an business development manager you get the freedom and autonomy to largely determine the commercial strategy of your market and its customers. You work closely with the creative team and the purchasing department to offer your customers the best solutions.
In the past six years, our client has achieved great success by listening carefully to the commercial strategy of its customers, translating this into the best possible solutions, which ultimately results in the desired result.
In this role you build on the constructive relationships with existing key accounts and agents and in addition, generating business with new key accounts is a very essential part of this position. Other sectors outside the fashion industry (currently the most important sector for our client), are also being analyzed and potentially approached.
Our client is positioned as a "one stop shop" solution for both existing and new customers. They see their customers as partners.
The Ideal Candidate.
You are an energetic, open-minded personality with highly developed commercial skills and a positive attitude. You are ambitious, a real go-getter and socially strong. Knows how to enthuse customers and colleagues through passion, knowledge and persuasiveness.
You make a conscious choice to work for a relatively small company where an entrepreneurial mindset is expected.
- HBO+ working and thinking level.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solution-oriented and creative thinking ability.
- Decisive, proactive.
- Minimum 3 years of sales business development experience with key accounts
- Excellent knowledge of MS - Office
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, a third language is a plus.
- It is a must that you have a driving license B.
- Experience in the fashion or retail interior industry is a plus.

This is a fulltime position. Of course a telephone, laptop and a company car. A competitive salary.
