We are looking for an Influence Marketing Manage with a passion for and connection to culture but with a clear understanding of the pinnacle (NBHD) retail marketplace. They are brand guardians who are curious, opportunists, communicators, explorers, futurists, and strategic connectors. They live in a fluid world, permeating subcultures, transversing zeitgeist, building connections with leaders with vision across different mediums. They are visionaries that see outstanding opportunities to do things differently, expand perception, celebrate brand values, accelerate the business and advance the notion of creative culture.
- Representing and leading the Western Europe voice of culturally relevant, forward-thinking, consumer-centric marketing initiatives.
- Being responsible for the Integrated Influence marketing journey and their long-term brand plans ensuring consistent brand positioning.
- Creating product focus plans leveraging our product portfolio across energy, skate & basketball authentically integrating our relationships (Gamechanger, community & athletes) to advance our sneaker culture through creativity while leveraging the energy of sport.
- Encouraging Collaboration and Partnerships with x-functional teams as well as the 'one connected' cross functional team. (geo and city).
- Formulating integrated marketing approaches with focus on a channel strategy, which prioritizes Converse's Direct's ecosystem, Comms, Long Term Consumer Concepts, Brand Narratives and our Purpose offense.
- Engaging our members and adopt an enterprise mentality - with future forward digital first, Influence experiences which energize the organization and the brand.
- Driving integration with focus on our P2, NBHD8 Pinnacle retailer partners and the Converse.com launch hub to ensure the Influence Brand Architecture and Energy Launch calendar advises their product journey.
- Instilling process and clear direction, echoing the Global & Western Europe long term strategy, Influence portfolio and playbook.
- Educating teams with optimism and passion relating to industry shifts in marketing and consumer behaviors that ensure we stay on the edge of culture.
- As WE Influence Marketing Manager you will report directly to the WE Integrated Influence Director and indirectly to the Brand Management Director; based in Hilversum, as WE Influence Marketing manager, you are joining the WE Influence Brand team.
- You will work with the Influence team in EMEA, always with a growth attitude towards a best-in-class Influence team.
- You will work closely with Commercial, Relationship team and Operations team to cultivate and deliver Influence brand plans while working cross functionally with all the Brand Management functions.
- The day-to-day work will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will have to adapt accordingly. You are consistently collaborative and open to the opinions and expertise of those you engage with and adopt a multi-tasking approach.


- A minimum of 5 years' experience in brand and/or product functional management, with a strong focus on cross- functional and or product marketing.
- European cultural marketing experience and a validated understanding of the Forward-thinking consumer, the Influence landscape and Converse's position within it
- Team leadership experience with minimum 3 years of management experience.
- Prior execution of cross-functional, brand defining campaigns
- Prior experience sitting in a City or Geo functional leadership team, working with teammates to provide strategic and operational leadership to the broader function
- Strong consistent track record of marketing experience, working with or in cultural industries generating influential global outcomes with a multidisciplinary background of creative marketing experience.
