We're looking for a French-speaking CRM Executive!
For our Multi-Channel team we are looking for a Senior CRM Executive! The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of main CRM activities leveraging cross channel messages in the different platforms. The CRM Executive will receive the requests from the Multichannel team and will be responsible to coordinate the daily and triggered campaigns as well as support with surveys insights. An excellent opportunity for hands on in Marketing in a fast moving environment.

Main Tasks
- Participate in the creation and implementation of automatic and day to day email campaigns.
- Hands on CRM platforms to deploy omni channel campaigns.
- Monitor the creation of ongoing campaigns: follow up improvements and content revisions
- Support in the CRM performance analysis.
- Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders across other departments and supplier contacts;
- Own benchmark analysis for industry and digital trends.
- templates and and help in the CRM Strategy definition for The French Market.

The candidate we are looking for:
The candidate we are looking for:
- Full time (40 hours per week) available;
- Prior CRM or Marketing experience (including internship) is a plus
- You know how to coordinate a project between different interlocutors and wish to discover the fields of CRM and Digital Marketing
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in French is a plus).
- The ability to work as part of a small team in a fast moving environment;
- A willingness to learn new skills;
- University graduate or equivalent marketing qualification is advantageous;
- Proficient in English and a plus if French speaking.
