We are looking for a Customer Relations Manager for one of our clients who's a well established jewellery designer brand based in Amsterdam.
What makes you the right candidate:
You are a true people person: act as sales point of contact for the brand, effectively
representing the brand position and ideology. Provide an end-to-end luxury service
whilst building client relations with the brand by recommending product or service
enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. The ideal
candidate should be managing, working and exploiting the brands client database
and inbound requests
Your Job:
- Direct and oversee the brands owned sales channels, objectives and
- Drive unique service offering to existing and new clients - proactive reach out
working full Hubspot database (Clients & Prospects).
- Manage, deliver and flawlessly execute in-Studio, try-at-home offering to all
- Own the jewellery box proactive and reactive sales channel - working with
lead generation and retention on hubspot. Planning, Operations and
logistics will be handled by marketing, Full box curation including price list
by sales.
- Own Customer Care : (Inbox + Drift + Whatsapp)
o Instagram customer care enquiries will be passed on to you if technical
or in need of sales advice.
o Repairs
- Lead brand sales efforts at in-studio events in Amsterdam.
- Ownership and management of Hubspot for your contacts - keep customer
data consistent and up to date / any existing client data (download what
you have in your head)/ new client meeting input/sales data (sold pieces)/
sales funnel management for leads
- Reporting weekly and monthly in a timely and high quality manner, use
Hubspot and sales overview as reporting toolYour Profile:
- Service minded and continuous improvement mindset
- 3-5 years relevant brand experience
- Can work independently and takes ownership
- Teamplayer
- Mastering different channels both on- and offline
- Luxury understanding with a special interest in fine jewellery/fashion/artWe offer:
