This is a great opportunity for someone with a real passion and flair for data-driven media strategy and implementation. This role is about understanding our business challenges and have a consumer focus to get the best media strategy and planning in for our markets. You will plan media across both brand and performance marketing based on strong KPI's and report back to the business on the successes you achieve.


You will be part of the media and advertising team and work alongside two other Digital Marketing Managers and report directly to the media and advertising director. Your scope will be global, working with local Marketing Managers to understand their needs but you will be part of a HQ team driving the activities centrally.

The media and advertising teams' mission is to future proof the business in a rapidly changing media landscape, being data driven is essential and a tech mindset a must.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a media expert responsible for delivering world class data-driven media strategies and plans for our brand.
  • Influence and build capability in order to drive effective media strategy that delivers growth.
  • Analyze, visualize and report on data within your channels and the channels of the wider team. Share these insights to move the media and advertising team forward.
  • Partner with our agency to build stronger ties and drive business growth in all geographies.
  • Show leadership in being organized and creating efficiencies in the media strategy, planning and delivery process.
  • Own your channels and be passionate about their success, whilst learning from the insight and constantly improving.
