We, the Nike Direct Digital Platform Operations team, supports the day-to-day operations for our digital business. We work in an exciting and dynamic environment which is a key growth area of the organization. We work as a broader operations team with key areas of focus that continuously learn from each other. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Connected Marketplace Operations Manager to join Nike. This is a fast pace, entrepreneurial growth area that needs someone who is ready to jump in and continue to improve long term vision & processes. Our best Operations Managers are organized, flexible multitaskers who take pride in the perfection of their work. They are able to think strategically, lead a team, prioritize tasks and drive efficiency. You are also a people person and are able to manage multiple stakeholders both inside Nike and with our partners on a day-to-day basis with a smile on your face.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you'll be working with the Connected Marketplace Operations team drive a scalable strategic operational vision and strategy within the organization. You own defining and evolving the operating model to match the business strategic vision. As part of this, you will drive priorities to enhance and scale Connected Marketplace operations. You will also play a key role in the development of new business models. You are accountable for the development and management of operational KPIs for current and future businesses. Additionally, you will drive priorities to enhance and scale the business through new tools, processes and lead projects through an operational lens. You and your team will drive operational excellence through process improvement and automation.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This position that reports to the Digital Platform Operations Director. In this role, you will work closely with our core operations teams as well as the broader Connected Marketplace teams including Connected Marketplace Business teams, Technology, Marketplace Operations, Consumer Services, partner teams to name a few. This role also interacts with teams in other geos as well as our global team based at our World Headquarters.

Profiel

WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum of 5 years' professional work experience
- Working experience in direct-to-consumer retail ecommerce with a specific focus on operational process improvement is preferred
- Experience working with third-party vendors and/or external partners is required
- Ability to drive strategic vision & implementation within the organization & be a leader of change
- Process & people management experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, passion for details and ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly pick up new systems, experience with Nike internal tools is a plus
- Flexibility in working hours to support the business (ie. weekends, holidays)
- Contributes to a collaborative team environment where diverse backgrounds, skills and perspectives are brought together to achieve a common goal
- Ability to work in a flexible environment and manage ad-hoc requests
- A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for ecommerce, retail, sport, fashion
