Based in the European Headquarters in Hilversum, you'll be joining the Marketing Operations team, CDM Digital Channels. EMEA HQ (Geo) is owning the seasonal adaptation as well as execution of our brand strategy and architecture. This is why our essential functions and business-critical MPUs will be based here, whereas the city teams are tasked with humanizing the brand and connecting with High-Value Members daily. This role is positioned within the Operations pillar of the EMEA Marketing team.

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Operations Manager with a passion for marketing & project management. You’ll bring support to the channel on seasonal projects and ensure seasonal readiness for the team. Your focus is to think digital-first through our Targeted Comms and Member Lifecycle channels and platforms, and then weave in the physical experiences as well when connecting into our other Operations pillars. We need you to be curious, open to interrogating your own as well as others' plans in a constructive way, with always an eye on the critical metrics we are accountable for delivering.

You will drive sophisticated operational work in support of marketing goals and seek to deepen your knowledge and experience. You are able to manage multiple partners and be able to demonstrate independent thinking while obsessing the last mile to ensure success. You thrive under pressure and be positively engaged at all times, ready to be agile in your working day and application of knowledge and ideas.

 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the EMEA Marketing Operations Manager for Targeted Comms and Member Lifecycle, you will be continuously working on the operational framework that enables the planning, coordination, and execution of the overall CDM Marketing team strategy on our Nike-owned digital channels. This means you have a deep appreciation for digital standard methodologies, digital platforms, operational systems, and a strong eye for process management. You will report to the EMEA Marketing Ops Manager Digital Channels.

Further details of what you are in charge of:

  • Center of Excellence & change agent on end-to-end OneMarketing processes
  • Build & Track progress on CDM Targeted Comms and Member Lifecycle
  • Full focus on Operational Excellence
  • 365 Channel support on process
  • Own specific CDM gates & dates within Seasonal Readiness
  • Facilitating seasonal execution forecasting & resource planning
  • Facilitating planning & knowledge sharing sessions with EMEA as well as City teams
  • Maintaining close global, geo, and key city relationships
  • Continuously strive to simplify, and remove friction from our operating model
 

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role you will be part of the Marketing Operations team, you will be reporting to the EMEA Marketing Ops Manager Digital Channels, and you will work closely with the all of their members. You will be operating as a functional expert. Additionally, you will be working very closely with NDDC Targeted Comms and Member Lifecycle teams, Consumer Construct and NDDC Content Operations.

Essential requirements:
