As the Global Store Operations Manager at Suitsupply there are few things that will distract you or your team from ensuring our sales teams can focus only on serving our customers. You will do this by optimising operational tasks, removing inefficiencies and driving roadmaps for all store applications and tools. You are responsible for continuously improving and embedding the gold standard on operations for our stores globally.

You are a hands-on team player, strategic thinker and you know how to deliver results through managing a global team. This is a new role which will require to build and manage an expanding global operations team.



Responsibilities:

  • Define an operations strategy and translate into an actionable roadmap
  • Build and manage a global team of operations managers, project managers & specialists
  • Drive operational excellence within our retail stores with a focus on partnering with IT and other key functions (Finance, Training, Store design, Merchandise, Logistics)
  • Drive the implementation of new processes and tools (e.g. Gold Standard Retail KPIs, BOH)
  • Support store teams by providing operations training, onboarding and support with project execution and setup: re-pricing, refits, new stores openings, etc.
  • Create best in class operations processes, trainings and tutorials to assist in the ongoing development of our retail ops teams
  • Set up clear communication to stores that sticks


About you:

  • 10+ years of multi-site fashion retail ops experience
  • A self-starter with a deep understanding of premium fashion retail
  • Proven ability to manage, coach and develop autonomous international teams
  • Worked with complex IT and systems implementation projects
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Ability to deliver large-scale transformational projects and change
  • Have a pro-active and flexible mindset and being able to work in a fast-paced environment
