We're looking for an experienced HR manager, based at EHQ, to lead across Converse Western Europe in an end to end organization; This role partners all functions, Wholesale, Digital, Retail and the Converse ELC across a workforce of approximately 1000-1100 employees.
This role requires a talent with the ability to lead and inspire both EHQ and our territory & field teams whilst working alongside the Converse Global HR team, EMEA HR team and the Western Europe Leadership Team (WELT) and teams.
To be succesfull in the role, we require someone with extensive HR experience who has demonstrated an ability to lead and navigate in a fast paced and matrix organization, and manage through ambiguity whilst maintaining focus and ability to harness the passion of the (HR) teams.
This role will report directly to the HRBP Converse Western Europe and will partner closely the Western Europe Leadership Team and works closely with the Converse HR EHQ team (2 people)
This role is an excellent opportunity for a high potential to grow into a bigger, expanded E band position in future.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Partner the entire WE population up to E band on day to day HR management, such as performance management, pay, ER
Lead HR agenda & high impact change projects - talent agenda, organizational change, engagement
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Key Interfaces will include:
Converse employees up to E band
WELT Leadership Team
Converse HR team EHQ
Global Converse HR and EMEA HR incl COE and territory teams
- Must haves: min 8 years of HR experience within a fast paced environment, and ablity to manage effectively within the matrix organization with excellent and effective communication skills. Ideally HR generalist experience in Western Europe environment and data driven profile.
- Ideally University education
- Critical leadership behaviours required: managing ambiguity, strategic vision, effective teamwork, planning & aligning
- Advance level of english
- Max 10% travel required once COVID allows
