- To drive the development of the WOMENS footwear business across Europe, formalized through the Strategic Business Category Plan to 2018 with sign-off by the direct superior
- To understanding the Foot Locker Europe business and ensure Account Fact Books are maintained and updated on time an accurate
- To sell-in and agree on sell-out support and ensure formalization by Women s Category Plan in conjunction with support of the CtC function
- To ensure continuous monitoring of sell-out and the order book as well as well as cost effective and reliable supply / delivery for the account
- To work within the agreed adidas trade terms with Foot Locker Europe
- To represent the brand externally / the account internally as an ambassador towards all functions and vice versa and at key interfaces and milestone meetings
- Measure progress on own KPIs and targets set by the Sales Director Footwear / SKAM
- Report to all superiors along MIS guidelines (KAM standard reports)
- Monitor and report on customers and competitor s activities and propose/initiate/take actions
- Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance, provide solutions for problem solving and escalate any issues requiring further support
- Ensure Customer compliance with adidas contracts and terms
KPI s:
- Market share growth within the Women s Category across Foot Locker Europe, to include digital strategy and in store branded space solutions to ensure the adidas brand is best in class for Women s footwear in line with Strategic Business Plan goals and objectives
- Budget / Sales target compliance
- Inventory / Sales development / Order Book Management
- Account contractual agreements are followed at all times
Key Relationships:
- Foot Locker Women buying and planning departments
- adidas WEU EKA sales, WEU CtC, WEU Bus, WEU Finance, Customer Service, Global Supply chain and distribution teams
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Previous experience of successfully working within the Sporting goods or Fashion Industries at a similar or senior level
- Results orientated attitude
- Play to win mind set
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business with sales focus or equivalent
- Excellent English skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Fully Competent with IT packages (excel, and PowerPoint to an advanced level)
- Strong presentation skills
- 2+ years relevant experience in Sales/Key Account Management in a Fashion/apparel, Sporting goods or FMCG environment
