WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the Nike Partner Executive Men's Performance, Sports Direct (focused on running & training) your role is designed to drive and implement Market Place Unit (MPU) and Account strategy complimenting One Nike Marketplace! We ask you to lead business with the partner to contribute to the net revenue growth, execute the Consumer Code with the account and be an effective teammate & a positive influence.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
What would a typical day/ week/ season look like?
- You finalize seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising, ensuring seasonal product flow and optimize in-season trading and replenishment to improve the accounts results.
- You plan your accounts business: efficient and effective top down and bottom up target setting and forecasting process with the partner!
- Owning the partner and the marketplace, ensuring the best presentation of stories and products at your account aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy. You build a flawless consumer experience, scaling online-to-offline and obsess on product launch journeys across an account platform ecosystem!
- You enhance net revenue growth and net contribution of your account by managing the end to end business with your account!
- With multi-functional key partner engagement you drive alignment across the Nike Consumer Code, developing and maintaining positive relationships with partners both internally and externally
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will have daily interaction with the Account and Operations teams. Seasonally & Monthly we want you to collaborate closely with Merchandising, Planning and Brand teams to understand relevant toolkits that will be provided. Last but not least you will report directly into the Director Strategic Partner Unit.

Profiel

WHAT YOU BRING
- Solid experience in account management & managing account relationships acquired in Sales, Buying, Procurement, Business Planning, Merchandising or Finance etc
- Ability to inspire change and lead business decisions using analytical and commercial eye (budget accountability, results focused, retail planning)
- Ability to lead cross functional work streams and business development projects
- Passion for the new digital trends', product and planning
- Relationship builder & influencing skills
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively. Additionally you should be proficient in articulating an account strategy in visual format (PPT)
- Flexibility to travel
