As a Manager Traffic Generation, Consumer Intent at adidas you are part of the Traffic Generation team within Digital and constantly drive the implementation new tools and best practices. You contribute to the provision of best-in-class services around Consumer Intent research and Keywords. Your analysis thus drives the reach of adidas and contributing to marketing spent optimization.
- Create a framework to standardize how keyword and consumer intent research is done within adidas.
- Provide actionable insights derived from consumer intent & keyword research to the SEO & Paid Search teams.
- Provide consumer intent reports and data to various teams within adidas.
- Create guidelines and best practices for stakeholders.
- Drive the research on how our footwear and apparel products are named based on keywords and consumer intent research.
- Drive the creation of the content that is being generated by the different adidas categories, so they resonate with consumers search intent.
- Map the intent of adidas consumers using keywords, social media and other data

- Education & Professional Experience
- University degree in the field of Business or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in traffic generation (SEO, Paid Search), in-house or at a leading traffic agency.
- Advanced experience with digital marketing in a brand environment
- Experience in eCommerce environment
- Experience in leading a team is a plus
- Soft-Skills
- Very good communication & skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
- Leadership skills are a plus
- Ability to efficiently work in a cross-functional organization, ability to develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders from digital and non-digital disciplines on all levels.
- Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for traffic generation
