We are relentlessly elevating our strategy and driving improvement in our supply chain to reach a more premium service level for our consumer.
As our Supply Chain Operations (Marketplace Operations) Manager for Strategic Partners, you always start with the consumer in mind. You will be responsible for leading, growing and developing a high performing operations team. Together, you will maximize service, growth and profitability to meet the financial and operational targets of your Marketplace Unit (MPU), while delivering on Nike's longer term strategy. You invest in and grow the relationships with your internal and external stakeholders and together work on win-win opportunities. You lead complex initiatives to improve tools, processes, and ways of working of your team and Strategic Partners MPU, with the vision of operating a best-in-class retail supply chain.
- Accountable for the end-to-end supply chain execution, from order planning to order delivery, in line with business demand and service expectations
- Own, track, and improve Supply Chain performance indicators to maximize service, cost, convenience and sustainability for the MPU. You obsess consumer/customer satisfaction, and improve key drivers behind it
- Drive continuous process improvement, uncover opportunities on operational level and initiate analytical projects. You take part in capability building across Operations. You inspire change through innovation and digitalization.
- Partner cross-functionally within the Marketplace Unit (MPU) to ensure an optimal product flow pre/in/post season and execute launches, partner initiatives and Key City offences. You represent the voice of Consumer and Operations within your MPU and ensure balanced marketplace and profitable growth
- Develop excellent working relationships with your key internal and external partners, understand their strategies and priorities, and keep them up-to-date of risks and opportunities.
- Set priorities, guide, develop and lead your team and your peer group
You'll work in a cross-functional high-pace environment that spans across EMEA and services the MPU's operational business needs. You'll be reporting into the Supply Chain Director (Marketplace Operations Director) for Strategic Partners and work closely with your external customer and the MPU partners including Sales, DSM, Finance and Logistics. You will lead, inspire and coach a team of supply chain analysts.


- 5+ years' experience in a supply chain, allocation, planning, or store leadership role for a Retail or Consumer Goods business, with progressive responsibilities and a track record in delivering results
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a formal management role leading a high performing team
- 1+ year experience working directly with external customers
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate complex business problems into tangible data-driven solutions
- Track record in process improvement with ability to drive complex change initiatives
- Experience in building, leading and developing (direct and virtual) diverse and inclusive teams
- Strong interpersonal skills including clear communication and influencing various levels within a matrix structure
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management and commercial business levers
- Advances proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
