WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a top-tier professional product manager to transform the reporting and analytics landscape of Nike EMEA Operations. The product manager leads a team of cross-functional engineers, data analysts and report developers that create data products that drive incremental revenue for Nike EMEA. They are obsessive about their product - a champion of their team's work, liaising a variety of end users and stakeholders and driving adoption of their products and tools.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
The EMEA Marketplace Operations I&A product manager will lead the development of enterprise-scale data products and reporting solutions. The Product Manager will describe the Product, it's value, how it works, how it adopted. The person will build Product roadmap and use knowledge of future features to improve current stories and tests.
Furthermore the Product Manager will assist in customer adoptions through personal interaction, written documentation and tailoring information to the audience. He/She identifies, escalates and remove roadblocks, triages defects, and provides clarity from customers on issues where appropriate. Writes and refines stories for clarity, business value, and acceptance criteria with guidance from Product Management overall.
Success in this role will require strong communication and partnership skills, the ability to ruthlessly prioritize work based on value and speed to insight, and the aptitude to juggle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
This person works cross functionally with business teams in Operations & Logistics and DSM. On the Product Management side with analytics, data science, engineering, and architecture teams to drive requirements, prioritization, design, and architecture through the data product development lifecycle.
The person works directly with customers and team members to capture details of Feature requirements, understand use cases, collect samples, and find tests; apply knowledge of Product and business drivers to enhance work.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 5 years of relevant professional experience
- In-depth understanding of the Agile principles and methodologies and how they're applied in workplace culture
- Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
- Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others
- Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, team dynamics, and conflict resolution
- Experience working with internal and external customers
- Sufficient understanding of technology systems and the ecosystem the team works in to help team in overcoming roadblocks
- Proven presentation and facilitation skills
- Knowledge and hands-on creation of key artifacts including use cases, user stories, user acceptance criteria, configuration stories, or specifications
