Responsibilities:
- Partner with the store management to: achievement of store sales budget, support all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an excellent client experience
- Responsible for the coordination of FoH and Bol activities according to the guidelines provided by the store management
- Be a role model for the Sale Staff
- Be an ambassador of the brand
- Coordinate and oversee the activities in the FoH and BoH as requested by the store management in order to meet the qualitative and quantitative results expected by the store
- support the Sale Staff in achieving the targets and develop both store and individual performance
- participate in analyzing monthly KPls and identify strategies to ensure performance standards are met
- share information with the store management about the best and worst sellers, participate in deciding and implementing any improvements in the sale process and/or in the exposition of products
- support cash operations if needed (is trained to use the till)
- assist the store management in preparing schedules and leadership zoning, by analyzing the traffic trends
- identity competencies gap and knowledge to develop in the Sale Staff
- propose to the store management the Sale Staff development plans
- coach the Sale Staff in selling competencies, tools and understanding key business metrics
- arrange and/or deliver training sessions for the store Staff to ensure people are fully educated on brand
