What the role is about

Our Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager. Your main responsibility is to manage the Sales and Sales Support team, driving the team's performance to meet sales targets in the business to business (b2b) channel. You are responsible for the management and acquisition of our retail accounts in all our markets. Next to that you need to forecast sales, develop the b2b sales strategy in line with the overall company strategy. Besides you will also manage relationships with your team members and with our b2b clients and partners (agents) and you optimize profitability of the b2b accounts, taking into account marketing spend and costs of after sales. Within CLUSE, you ensure optimal cooperation between the b2b sales (support) team and other departments within the company. In this role you report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and optimize CLUSE's retails presence in various markets;
  • Identify new b2b business opportunities and markets and be able to negotiate customer and partner contracts;
  • Build the international retail network for CLUSE's latest product category of backpacks;
  • Forecast, track and report sales and provide detailed analysis of sell in and sell through for accounts on a regular basis (to be data-driven is important);
  • Develop a short and long term b2b sales strategy with commercial targets in line with the overall CLUSE company strategy;
  • Oversee sales budgets and effectively manage financial resources;
  • Build, coach and lead the Sales and Sales Support teams to drive growth across the b2b channel for our various product categories and to review the team's overall performance as well as the team member's individual performances;
