What about the role?

• To achieve top-line sales and bottom-line profit targets by increasing the m² productivity for all WHS partners within the customer portfolio
• Define appropriate budget in alignment with Director Wholesale
• Steer and continue to optimize the customer portfolio to contribute to create a sustainable and profitable Wholesale P&L
• Ensure an improvement of brand image and interaction with "every consumer" through the "best" experience on each partner´s POS
• Communicate effectively and optimize alignment with Operations
• Management of the subordinated Area Managers

Who are you?

• 5 years of Sales Management experience in Wholesale Area Management
• Comprehension of the overall Retail and Wholesale processes
• Understanding of sell-in process
• Understanding the overall store processes
• Knowledge of the overall Visual Merchandising processes
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Good verbal and written Dutch and English communication skills
