At Rituals, including in HR, we invest in building state of the art digital solutions, that enhance the experience of all users. In this role, you will impact business performance by continuously finding solutions that enable us to work effectively together globally.YOU ARE ALL ABOUT
Optimizing the user experience of our HR systems, such as our Core HR, Recruitment & Selection and Work Force Management tools. You will work on a wide variety of topics from optimizing our (end-to-end) business processes, to connecting new countries to all the systems we use within HR.Other questions you might be working on are: How can we improve our annual salary review and bonus process? Or what can we do to further digitalize our in-store applications process whilst removing bias? And how can we improve the new hire experience and simplify our onboarding process? Your focus area is not yet defined and is depending on your interests and expertise and that of the team.For 40 hours per week, give new meaning to the words 'aim big, act small' and you will:
- Manage end-to-end projects, from solution design, configuration, testing to deployment
- Manage escalations and incidents through to resolution across multiple teams including 3rd party vendors
- Manage new releases, review activities and recommendations for business with regards to system enhancements and/or changes
- Develop and update training manuals, process documents and policies
- Oversee the development impact of projects on our landscape and spot technical dependencies between our shared backend platformsWithin the HR digital and Analytics team, we focus on innovation and sustainability. Our aim is to fully digitalize the employee lifecycle in a meaningful way.

Curious with a solution-oriented approach that goes beyond the original question. Your other main ingredients are strong project management and change management skills. Furthermore, you know how to develop effective partnerships across all levels in our organisation. On top of it you have:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in HR Processes/Technology or HR solutions
- A Bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology, Business Management, HR or related field
- Experience with HR systems and applications such as Workday, Workforce Planning (such as Quinyx), Phenom, Applicant Tracking Systems, ADP Global view is a plus
- Strong analytical skills combined with experience in using insight to drive performance
