Senior Manager Business Process

Responsible for business processes, projects, system enhancements and Order Book solutions of Order Fulfillment and Market Operations and Optimization functions (Wholesale only) seeing them through from idea, design, execution, documentation, measuring, monitoring, implementation and control. The role aims to support the goal of optimizing the end-to-end Order Fulfillment processes, systems and analytics, in line with company strategy.
- Lead, coach and motivate the team to take on new challenges and exceed expectations
- Support in conceptual planning to deliver against company strategy as well as drive effectiveness of wider team
- Drive the execution of company strategy
- Help teams to see connections between their work and strategy
- Influence others and gaining buy-in without direct authority
- Balance being technical expert and leading/ developing people
- Explore innovations, new practices and process improvements within own functional area
- Identify opportunities across teams to work effectively towards delivering shared goals

- Demonstrate broad and deep conceptual and practical knowledge of own functional area
- Support and consult key projects as subject matter expert and maintain a project list tracking progress and resource utilization
- Drive SAP development for orderbook management and fulfillment planning activities (identify opportunities, collaborate and consult with IT and other functions on request for change documentation, testing coordination)
- Contribute to streamline orderbook management and fulfillment planning data landscape, drive BI development and people conversion to newly developed tools and way of working
- Lead the process documentation effort in partnership with other Markets and global partners

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Higher education, university degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistic or IT (or similar)
- 4-8 years working experience in Logistics, Commercial functions, Finance or IT
- 3-5 years in a management position
- Strong skills in ERP (SAP)
- BI user
- Competent user in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
