We are seeking a talented Senior Manager to join the growing Membership team within the Global Marketing organization, working across the Foot Locker brand portfolio in North America. In this role, the Senior Manager will be responsible for building out and optimizing the member lifecycle and communication journey to drive enrollments in and engagement with FLX - Foot Locker's membership program.

This is a high-profile initiative with senior-level visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and communication skills, analytical aptitude, the ability to solve complex problems, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done (think 'start-up' within the organization). A passion for putting the customer first is a must, and experience with loyalty programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage member life cycle campaigns across all digital touch points (ecom, email, social, app) to drive program enrollments and program engagement activity.
  • Collaborate across the business to bring the vision to life (i.e. Data/Analytics, Technology, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Legal, Store Operations, Customer Service, etc.)
  • Collaborate with CRM team to build strategies to grow and strengthen the membership program, including seamless integration into communications across the customer journey.
  • Recommend best practices to improve consumer communications throughout the FLX consumer lifecycle
  • Identify and implement opportunities to drive incremental revenue through more relevant communications to specific consumer segments
  • Drive campaign reporting & post-campaign KPI analyses to inform the business and shape future strategies.
  • Build test & learn strategies for program communication, engagement tactics and redemption center partners.
  • Create and drive segmentation & personalization strategies to increase campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing teams across retail brands to ensure alignment with FLX brand equity, voice and storytelling priorities.
  • Team management: manage & develop a team of 2 marketeers

Profiel

Qualifications
Skills and qualifications you bring to the table
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in the digital marketing/CRM space

  • Direct to consumer marketing experience required

  • Experience with the Bluecore email marketing platform preferred

  • Excellent analytical abilities, rigorous attention to detail and bias for customer-centric planning
