Jobomschrijving

This role will deliver and guard the Affiliate Marketing strategy for adidas and Reebok and drive success and innovation across all Western European markets while implementing new and relevant tools which lead to an increased channel output and incremental KPI performance. This person will also establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders with the goal of creating a synergetic cooperation which educates and benefits all involved parties.
- Manage and lead the Affiliate Marketing channel including the CSE business model
- Develop strategies to grow and improve the Affiliate Marketing & CSE channel across all markets and partners towards traffic and net sales targets.
- Create and implement plans for rolling out the strategies in close collaboration with Partnership Activation and Brand Activation.
- Guard the Affiliate Marketing & CSE strategy within the Partnership Marketing team in close collaboration with the Partnership Marketing M2.
- Drive testing, reporting, optimization, innovation and analysis on Affiliate Marketing & CSE performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements.
- Drive the adoption of relevant technology, tools and work practices to accelerate the achievement of our digital ambitions within the Affiliate Marketing & CSE channels.
- Ensure the Affiliate team builds strong partner relationships across various segments focussed on sport, fashion and lifestyle.
- Complete ownership of all Affiliate Marketing & CSE data.
- Full responsibility for all Affiliate Marketing & CSE KPIs and MWB across WE.
- People Management
- Provide strategic and operational guidance and support to the Affiliate team to identify opportunities and enable them to be successful in their region.
- Provide a performance framework for direct reports by setting SMART performance targets and coaching for continuous improvement.
- Identify and develop high-potential talents, to fuel the team's succession plan.
- Establish a high-performance culture and drive employee engagement, leading by example.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partnership Activation: ensure the Partnership Marketing strategy is fully aligned between both channels to improve partner relationship and success.
- Brand Activation: align on calendar and priorities to offer the best campaign and drop support and enable incremental traffic and net sales results.
- SPOMA: provide reactive and pro-active channel support towards federations and clubs.
- Newsrooms: maintain and improve cooperation between the two departments and share resources to enable incrementality across influencers.
- Technology Vendors: manage relationships with SAAS platforms, partner insight & brand protection tools, link tools, influencer platforms etc.

- Proven track record of establishing credible and innovative strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and fact based orientation in decision making
- Creative problem solving ability to business problems
- Strong communication skills: written & oral and ability to quickly build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail; strong analytical skills and excellent organizational & planning abilities.
- Excellent multi-tasking, solid execution, project management and prioritization skills
- A solid network in the affiliate and online industry is required.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree required, with 7+ years Affiliate Marketing experience.
- Experienced in team management across multiple markets and campaigns.
- Experienced in planning & managing large budgets split across multiple markets and campaigns.
- Experienced in effectively managing 3rd party external agencies & other partners.
- Working knowledge of Performance Horizon, Adobe Analytics and DCM.
- Proficient in written & spoken English, an additional European language is beneficial.
- Technical knowledge & experience with data feed management/optimisation is a must.
