WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Senior Total Rewards Operations Consultant- EMEA, to join the Nike Total Rewards team based in Hilversum, Netherlands. This position reports to the Director, Total Rewards Operations EMEA and will drive operational and process excellence through our strategic planning process and execution of Nike's global and regional compensation and benefits programs in EMEA.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Manage various projects, including but not limited to the implementation of Workday
- Monitor effectiveness of existing Total Rewards policies, guidelines, and processes; provide operational trend analysis and recommendations for evolution
- Provide thought leadership and direction on compensation and benefits program administration and partner with program design team and peers in key geographies and/or global teammates on implementation and ongoing management of new Total Rewards programs
- Execute against the framework for global program governance, key performance indicators and service level agreements flexing where necessary due to geography business practices, customs, and/or regulations
- Stay current on compensation and benefits related legislation to ensure compliance with applicable requirements
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
- You will report to the Director, Total Rewards Operations EMEA
- You will work with peers who represent the different functions within Total Rewards Operations (e.g. Compensation and Benefits Operations) as well as the other team members of the TR Operations EMEA team
- You will work with cross functional stakeholders including but not limited to global and regional Compensation and Benefits COE, Payroll, Workforce Operations, Tier 1 Customer Experience teams, Legal/Compliance, Employee Relations, Procurement, and Accounting

Profiel

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in global compensation and/or benefits; shared service center/operations and process design experience is preferred
- 5+ years in project management
- Goal-oriented with ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in an evolving work environment
- Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner with various stakeholders to deliver solutions that are aligned to strategy, support business objectives, and meet all legal requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, including ability to prepare materials for audiences at all levels of the organization
- Workday experience desired, SAP experience a plus
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written as a minimum, other languages are a plus
