Calling all SEO and CRO digital experts - for those seeking ownership and creativity in a dynamic multi branded setting, this is the role for you.
YOU ARE ALL ABOUT DIGITAL MARKETING, CREATIVITY and DATA
As a SEO & CRO coordinator you fulfill a high-impact position within Rituals' Digital and Trade Marketing team. You contribute to the digital expansion of Rituals with our wholesale partners like De Bijenkorf, Zalando and Sephora with best-in-class SEO strategies and content tactics. You maximise organic traffic and sales, with a focus on SEO- keyword curation and support on innovative Digital projects.
The ideal candidate will possess the following as an enthusiastic SEO & CRO coordinator. For 40 hours per week, you:
- Drive SEO optimisation throughout strategic keyword research via tools such as SEM Rush, Answer the Public and SimilarWeb
- Continously look out for seasonal trends across short and long-tail keywords
- Work with other markets for SEO localisation best practises, to drive conversion
- Work with key internal stakeholders to produce copy briefs, ensuring key topics and keywords are captured
- Work with the Senior Content coordinator on producing best in class PDP content that converts
- Liase with relevants teams to ensure best-in-class PDP execution, first time right
- Support the SEO data strategy, with a continuous test and learn approach
- Measure conversion and traffic uplift, with business recommendations for further growth
- Use insights to predict future sales performance of optimisation projects
- Work with local markets on the localisation of SEO, factoring relevancy and consumer insights
- Support on omni-channel growth plans, taking previous organic and paid performance, for further optimisation
- Support on digitally innovative, strategic partner projects
