- Measure and track site ranking factors, keywords, internal and external links, and site content
- Review and audit the sites to drive change that comply with best practices (including schema.org) to improve crawlability
- Perform SEO Audits and drive the implementation roadmap of on-page optimisation
- Implement SEO tactics and ensure that sites are search engine-friendly
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to drive more qualified traffic through a coordinated search strategy
- Implement approved SEO changes to the websites and execute
- Optimising copy and landing pages for search engine optimisation
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Keeping up with the latest marketing trends and always test new methods
Your success will be measured by:
- The ability to take ownership of our organic search channel and lead the SEO roadmap
- Create valuable weekly reporting on KPI performance and improvements
- The ability to monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance and improvements


- 1-3 years of SEO experience
- Understanding of SEO core elements including, but not limited to, on-page and off-page tactics, optimisation of site navigation, internal linking structure, URL structure, title tags, and meta descriptions
- Knowledge of the use and benefits of schema, advanced link-building tactics and content development
- The ability to explain complex SEO and data insights to stakeholders regularly to review campaign objectives, statistics, and optimisation strategies
- Experience with GA, Google Search Console and 3rd party SEO tools
- Fluent English skills, a second language is a plus
- High attention to detail
- A responsible and proactive attitude. We value autonomy and as long as your decisions make sense you can drive success with a lot of freedom
- A functional understanding of HTML and CSS
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach
