WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager within the EMEA Consumer Experiences & Marketing Technology team.

You love to take product ownership and you have a deep understanding of technical product life cycle management and expertise in both the business capabilities and the technology capabilities that serve Consumer Direct and Marketing Journeys. Strong learning mindset, co-creation, data-driven, communication, and ability to navigate the matrix are essential to success. 

This is a technical position, the ideal candidate will not be expected to develop code, but you should have a technical background that allows you to quickly understand technical products and reason about complex systems end-to-end. 

You have experience in the area of solutions supporting digital products. The candidate is comfortable with hypothesis-driven exploration and has a solid experience with scalable technology solutions and uses lean & agile inspired frameworks and methodologies to drive impact.

 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Your role is to understand our consumers and the Nike EMEA Direct Product and Marketing Strategy, capture insights, see opportunities and adopt, adapt and create the right portfolio of products that enhance our Direct and Digital Marketing strategy.  This role will also lead the definition, launch, roll-out, and ongoing improvement of these solutions with responsibility for guiding feature development.

 

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be part of the Nike EMEA Technical Product Management team which provides an opportunity to grow within the discipline. There is close collaboration with Technology Architecture, Engineering, Program Management and the Data & Analytics organization. You will report into the Director Technical Product Management EMEA Consumer Experiences and Marketing. There is a safe environment in which we support, challenge and inspire each other to reflect, learn and grow as individuals and as a team.

Outside of Technology organization, you will partner directly with Functional leaders in the Digital Consumer Marketing and Brand Marketing area, Global Direct Product functions, process owners and users to understand their strategy, priorities, needs and challenges. Teams and colleagues are located across the globe.

  • bridge Nike strategies & priorities into stitched Technology roadmaps
  • have deep knowledge of the Product Data & Value
  • use measurement and data to drive improvement, value, feasibility and scale

Profiel

WHAT YOU BRING

5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management (i.e. creating strategic product roadmap(s) from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams)
Analytical with ability to uncover insights to formulate a robust, actionable product plan, as well as to create compelling proposals for other Engineering/PM teams to collaborate on.
Ability to influence people and decisions with excellent cross-functional collaboration.
Strong and relevant experience with Digital products in the area of Digital Operations or Digital Marketing
Define, design, and manage a value-driven roadmap
Deliver, support, and evaluate adoption of new products and features
