At Rituals we are looking for a Project Coördinator within our Store ICT department. In this role you will be responsible for ICT change management and incident coordination globally in our Rituals stores. You will be a spokes person for ICT related topics to different departments within our Company. First point of contact for our outsourced service suppliers. You will be the service delivery manager of IT services for the stores, the change manager for the 200+ stores we open/close and relocate a year and will be the one who can make I(C)T happen for our colleagues in the stores.

You make impact on our business as you are responsible for coordinating the implementation of ICT-related change projects in stores globally. Contribute to the growth of the business and upgraded technology to the shops and new countries within time and budget. Guards the quality of ICT support to the business, proactively increases the ICT knowledge base of our suppliers.

You will be:

  • part of the Store ICT team, reporting directly into the senior manager
  • in regular contact with internal and external stakeholders
  • in daily contact with third party suppliers to ensure deliverables are done within budget and time
  • working together with other internal teams on Rituals projects

  • Change management: Opens, relocates and closes Rituals stores globally with our third party suppliers
  • Project coordination: coordinate ICT related projects (e.g.: lifecycle management)
  • Incident coordination: Organize and coordinate the process of solving incidents with our external suppliers and internal teams
  • Supplier management: Steers our service partner on agreed service levels with regards to budget and time and ICT service delivery to our stores
  • Initiate improvements which can lead to cost savings and processes which run more efficient
  • Work on the ICT to be as simple as possible for the stores since they have to focus on sales
Bring all of you

  • at least HBO, Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • experienced with IT outsourcing and Service delivery management
  • minimum of 4 years working in an ICT (project) environment. On top, passion for Retail is very important
  • experience with supplier management
  • good knowledge of operational process and frameworks like ITIL & Agile
  • good written and spoken communication skills (English & Dutch)
  • service focused
  • experience in coordinating projects
  • being the bridge between business and technology requires you to be a star in stakeholder management & communication
  • you have a can-do mentality and en eye for efficiency
  • knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow is a plus
