As our Supply Chain Operations (Marketplace Operations) Lead for our Nike Direct Stores and Value you always start with the consumer in mind. You improve service, growth and profitability to meet the financial and operational targets of our Nike Stores, while delivering on Nike's strategy. You have a deep understanding of business operations and are accountable for consumer/athlete/customer satisfaction, operational reliability, and improving inventory efficiency. You utilize diagnostic and predictive analytics to make smart business decisions. You keep your business partners informed and engaged of risks and opportunities, and you actively partner with your Stores and other operational functions, to find optimal supply chain and commercial solutions. You engage in key projects evolving existing business capabilities using agile principles.
- Execute efficient order management to plan and deliver to plan for our stores. You will be responsible for accurate and timely delivery of product and will be working in close alignment with our distribution and carrier teams.
- Work in partnership with your Stores team and develop excellent working relationships. You'll deliver customer service excellence through speed of response and availability to questions, complaints and ad-hoc requests.
- Represent operations within the MPU cross-functional team to ensure a balanced marketplace, mutual profitable growth and effective mechanics of inventory management. You have regular interaction with internal and external partners within a matrix environment, sharing scenarios and solutions to risks/opportunities from a supply chain perspective
- You will demonstrate the ability to lead and influence cross functional peers in professional discussions and often complex decisions to optimize demand fulfillment
- Focus on performance; understanding supply chain performance metrics, performing data deep dives and analyses, driving concrete actions to improve performance.
- Deliver service excellence for your stores portfolio to ensure reliability and visibility, always with the consumer mindset, in collaboration with key cross- functional stakeholders
- Drive speed-to-market improvements, reliability initiatives and focus on elevating the consumer experience
You will work in a cross-functional agile environment that spans across EMEA and services the MPU's operational business needs. Within the MPU, you will partner closely with Sales, Merchandising, Planning and Finance. Outside of the MPU you will daily connect with your customers, carrier network and Nike's logistical functions.


- 2-4 years' experience in a supply chain, allocation, planning, or back of house leadership role for a Retail or Consumer Goods business, and a passion for operations
- Strong analytical skills which support a result driven approach delivering operational excellence
- Innovative mentality and proven track record in leading and delivering process improvement
- You will demonstrate knowledge of Financial acumen, Modeling & Analysis, Order management
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive a best-in-class customer service
- Strong service focus and a proactive demeanor
- Self-starter/ability to work efficiently both in groups and independently
- Flexibility/ability to work in ambiguous environment
- Digital literacy: MS office, advanced Excel, SAP, Cognos, and Tableau
