TRAVEL AND EXPENSES SENIOR MANAGER

Location: Amsterdam

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main focus:

  • Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (air, lodgings etc.) and operations, particularly concerning exceptions (e.g. blackout periods, etc)
  • Drive continuous improvement of travel and expense programs together with travel agency, Coty IT team and Coty BPO, including processes, and technology. Focus on: Simplification and standardization.
  • Service resolution tracking and coordination with travel agency, main stakeholders, and external suppliers for travel-related topics (like expenses, credit cards, etc)
  • Travel escalation issue handling, internally and externally.
  • Continuously challenging expense reporting efficiency, in collaboration with BPO and IT teams. Seeking for automation and best usage of Concur tool

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

, you have a customer centric approach and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you will have/be:

  • 5+ years' experience in managing corporate travel and strong understanding of the business.

  • Well-organized, reliable, pro-active, and good project management skills
  • Experienced in delivering results within a changing environment or as part of a large change management program.
