WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The EMEA Workforce Administration Specialist is supporting the EMEA Core HR Operations Team in the field of the employee life cycle and data administration. You will manage tasks associated with the various events during the entire employee life-cycle (such as hiring, career change, exit, etc.) delivering the end to end service, including SAP Master data maintenance and creation of documents associated with such events (contracts, amendment letters, etc).
You will ensure accuracy of employees' records and will work efficiently to avoid Legal and Compliance risks by producing required documents in a timely matter. Key performance indicators and service level agreements are not new to you. You are comfortable with acting autonomously (in a self-driven, proactive manner) and often described by your teammates as a great team player.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
You will be supporting our Wholesale and Retail population in EMEA by creating contracts, amendment letters, and other documents related to the employee's lifecycle. Also, you will be responsible for reflecting those changes/events on the employee's record, ensuring a timely & correct payout. Occasionally you'll support teammates with positions and team structure matters, engage in quality controls & audits.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
In this role you will work closely with a number of functional teams such as Payroll, Compensation, HR Advisors but also with our Ops Consultant, HR Managers and local teams to develop creative solutions on workflow issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of HR Master Data and legally/Nike required documents
- Monitor compliance to relevant policies and procedures as well as all relevant country laws and regulations
- Analyze complex problems and provide solutions using existing processes, or/and offer new ideas
- Act as an expert in SAP HRM System (data entry and reporting essentials)
- Partner with Sr Specialist / Team lead to define process improvement areas (gaps) and supports to design, document and implement such process improvements.
- Responsible for analyzing interface error report outcome, performing corrections and root cause analysis.
- Hold a decision making authority, works within guidelines and objectives
- Execute assigned daily tasks, prioritize effectively, work within tight deadlines, while maintaining a high-level of quality, accuracy and confidentiality

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE:
- Customer Service and collaborative mindset
- At least one years' experience handling end to end employee life-cycle administration work
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts to senior and business audiences
- Ability to balance competing priorities
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Eye for detail and keen on delivering solutions for employees and Stakeholders
- Previous experience maintaining SAP HR or other comparable HR systems is crucial
- We expect you to be fluent in English, other EU languages might also be handy
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
