WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for an experienced manager to come and lead one of our HR Workforce Operations team in EMEA. This role is key to support all of our Nike people data and employee documentation in the Netherlands (European Headquarters and Stores), Israel, South Africa, UAE, Turkey. This person needs to be passionate about serving our Nike teammates and providing them with the best experience, needs to be detail oriented, process and KPI's driven and a strong people leader.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
As the Workforce Operations Manager, you will lead a team which is responsible for maintaining accurate employee and organizational data for Nike's employee population. Your team is also responsible for all legally required employment documentation throughout the employee's tenure at Nike.
As the leader of this team, you'll be responsible for crafting processes, work instructions and controls to drive accuracy and efficiency of the transactional processes. You will need strong partner leadership skills and a proactive and consultative approach to your work. You will drive operational effectiveness and efficiency within and across the regional Workforce Ops teams by tracking and driving improvements in meeting service level agreements, first contact resolution, capacity planning, and managing/root causes of excursions. You will manage and monitor the team's work queue and ensure timely and effective completion of work tasks. You will be responsible for staff planning to make sure business needs are met timely, you will be responsible for planning operational peaks and to build a strong relationship with business stakeholders to align on priorities and timelines. As a people manager (10+ direct reports) you will be responsible to ensure clear roles and responsibilities, goal setting, career development and continuously working on bringing new talent to the team as current talent progresses into new roles.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will be an integral member of the EMEA Talent and Workforce Operations management team as well as the EMEA Core Operations and Services cross functional team. This includes the EMEA Workforce Operations, EMEA payroll team, EMEA Total Rewards team, EMEA Compliance, Immigration and Mobility. You will report to the EMEA Workforce Operations Director.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Prior people management experience (8+ direct reports), strong communication skills and ability to inspire and help develop a team of specialists. You lead by example and put the team success above personal goals.
- Strong analytical skills to provide fact-based solutions and drive continuous process improvements
- Ability to drive your team to deliver business results and a timely and qualitative manner
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence
- You thrive in in environment of change, change excites you and are always looking for improvements. Innovation is part of your day to day.
- Overall knowledge of HR policies, operations & standard methodologies
- Knowledge of Netherlands employment law and compliance considerations. Knowledge on employment law and compliance considerations for Israel, Turkey, South Africa is a plus.
- Experience working in a shared and collaborative HR Shared Services environment and holding yourself and your team accountable to meet KPIs.
- Service Now & Workday experience are required. SAP experience is a plus.
